In 2015, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) examined research on Roundup® cancer links and came to the conclusion that the herbicide is “probably carcinogenic to humans.” The IARC further concluded that the cancer most associated with exposure to Roundup® is non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
More than 40,000 victims have made the decision to file a Roundup® lawsuit following exposure to Roundup®.

Monsanto® has denied claims that Roundup® causes cancer ever since Roundup® first entered the market in the 1970s. They insisted that Roundup® is safe and even released an advertisement noting that Roundup® is “safer than table salt" but the World Health Organization (WHO) has designated Monsanto Roundup® weed killer as a probable human carcinogen. Farmers, farm workers, gardeners, landscapers and others who used Roundup® are at a higher risk for developing non-Hodgkin lymphoma and other forms of cancer.
Internal Monsanto® emails now show that Monsanto® has known for several decades that Roundup® (glyphosate) causes cancer. Rather than Monsanto® informing consumers about the glyphosate cancer risk, they buried the risks as Roundup® sales continued to surge.
